3. Are you an authorized dealer?
Yes. We are authorized dealers for all the brands we carry. That means every product comes with a full manufacturer’s warranty and you get factory-backed support through us.
4. How do I know which machine is right for me?

5. How long does shipping take?
Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery times range from 4–7 business days, depending on your location and the equipment. We ship nationwide using trusted freight carriers that specialize in heavy machinery.
6. How is shipping handled for large equipment?
We coordinate with top-tier freight providers to ensure safe, reliable delivery. You’ll receive tracking info and delivery instructions. Most of our machines ship on a pallet and arrive curbside or to your job site. If you have special requirements, let us know — we’re happy to help.
7. What if my equipment arrives damaged?
Please inspect your item upon delivery. If there’s visible damage (even to the packaging), note it when signing the delivery receipt and contact us immediately. Send photos to [INSERT EMAIL] and we’ll quickly arrange a replacement or refund. We stand by every shipment.
8. What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories. A 25% restocking fee applies for non-defective returns, and customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

9. Do your machines come with a warranty?
Yes all products come with a manufacturer’s warranty. Duration and coverage vary by brand, so feel free to reach out for details on a specific machine. We’re happy to help you navigate claims if needed.
10. Do you offer financing or payment plans?
Currently, we do not offer financing directly, but you can pay using major credit/debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, or Google Pay. If you’re interested in flexible payment options, contact us and we’ll walk you through third-party solutions.
11. Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
Yes — but please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order to make changes. Once the item is shipped, we can’t modify the address.
