What if my item is damaged upon arrival?
We strongly recommend inspecting your package at the time of delivery. If you notice any visible damage—including damage to the box—please note it when signing the delivery receipt.
If you can’t inspect the item right away but suspect possible damage, we suggest writing “suspected damage” on the delivery receipt.
Should your product arrive damaged, please email us at support@forestprogear.com with clear photos of the damage. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund, typically within 1 or 2 business day.
