Shipping Fees
We offer free shipping across the United States.

Order Cut-Off Time
Orders placed by 6:00 PM EST (Monday to Friday, GMT-05:00 – Detroit time) will be processed on the same day.

Processing Time
All orders are prepared and processed within 1 to 2 business days.

Delivery Timeframe
Once shipped, your order will typically arrive within 4 to 7 business days.

Shipping Carriers
Most items are delivered through third-party freight services using 18-wheeler trucks. For large or heavy items that require freight shipping, we’ll contact you to schedule a curbside delivery. To ensure smooth delivery, please make sure to enter a valid phone number during checkout.

Order Confirmation & Tracking
After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email verifying receipt and successful payment.
Once your order ships (within 1-2 business days), you'll receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number and a link to track your shipment.

Changing Your Shipping Address
Need to update your delivery address? Reach out to us within 24 hours of placing your order, and we’ll do our best to assist you.

Order Cancellations
Changed your mind? You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. If your order is already on its way, please refer to our refund policy for next steps.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
