Return Policy

Return Conditions
We offer a 30-day return window from the date your item is delivered. To qualify for a return, your item must be in its original condition—unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@forestprogear.com. Once your return is approved, we’ll send detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note: returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If you're returning an item due to change of mind or buyer’s remorse, return shipping costs are your responsibility.

  • If the item is incorrect, damaged, or defective, we’ll cover the return shipping cost.

Restocking Fee
Yes, we charge a 25% restocking fee for all returns that are not due to defects or shipping errors.

Return Method
We only accept returns by mail. No in-person returns are allowed.

Return Label
If your item is defective or damaged, contact us and we will email you a return label. Simply download and print the label for use.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you by email about the status of your refund request.
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.

Haven’t received your refund?
If your refund hasn’t appeared after 5 business days:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company (posting times may vary).

  3. Speak with your bank—processing delays can occur.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and resolve it promptly.

Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at support@forestprogear.com.

Changing Your Shipping Address

Yes, changes can be made within 24 hours of placing your order. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to update your delivery address.
